      On the evening of February 3, 2019, Beijing News (Reporter Prince Yang) announced that Yan Yan, the non-executive director of the company, and Wu Xiaopeng, the chief executive of the company, had resigned from their positions. In this regard, Wu Xiaopeng has confirmed to reporters of the Beijing News that he has resigned from Huiyuan Juice and no longer holds the post.
Beijing News reporter noted that since January 13, 2019, six senior executives of Huiyuan Juice have resigned, which does not meet the minimum number of nominations and remuneration committees stipulated by the terms of reference of the company's nomination and remuneration committee. Huiyuan Juice said it was looking for suitable candidates to fill the vacancies in the nomination and Remuneration Committee and the post of CEO as soon as possible.
Wu Xiaopeng left office only half a year after taking office
According to the announcement, Yan Yan resigned as a non-executive director, a member of the nomination and Remuneration Committee and a member of the company strategy and Development Committee on January 31, 2019, with effect from January 31, 2019. Wu Xiaopeng has also recently resigned from the CEO for his career development plan, and will take effect from the date of this announcement after the company has completed the relevant internal approval procedures.
Huiyuan Juice said that Yan Yan joined the board of directors of the company from July 28, 2010. Yan said that nearly a year after the issue of related loans was raised with the board of directors, the relevant issues were still unclear and unresolved. In this case, and after careful consideration of the relevant issues, Yan Yan believes that as a non-executive director, the ability is limited, and therefore resigns.
On February 3, 2019, Wu Xiaopeng told Xinjing News that he had left Huiyuan Juice and no longer held any post. Wu Xiaopeng said he had no plans for the next step.
Wu Xiaopeng served as Chief Executive of Huiyuan Juice for only half a year. On July 16, 2018, Huiyuan Juice announced that Wu Xiaopeng was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 16, 2018. Wu Xiaopeng will be responsible for the overall management and daily operation of Huiyuan Juice. Wu Xiaopeng, then 40, joined Huiyuan in June 2018, after serving as co-president of Suzhou Golden Mantis Enterprise Group Co., Ltd.
From 2005 to 2016, Wu Xiaopeng held several positions in China Minmetals Group, responsible for risk management, finance, auditing and management, and holds the qualification of fund practitioner and registered enterprise risk manager.
At that time, Wu Xiaopeng's participation was called "Huiyuan's fresh blood". In October 2018, Wu Xiaopeng also participated in Huiyuan's fourth quarter of 2018 dealer communication order meeting. At the meeting, Wu Xiaopeng elaborated on Huiyuan's future planning, saying that Huiyuan will continue to focus on products, consolidate channels, optimize management, embrace new retail, and expand market space in an all-round way.
